Mission Statement

Provide electronic products and services to non-profit sports and social organizations that improve volunteer and member participation, transparency, and cost effectiveness.

Goal for 2011

Provide a comprehensive Web based IT infrastructure to manage the finances, staffing and work-flow of projects within non-profit volunteer sports and social organizations.

Objectives

  1. Define standard accounts and projects through the national web site.
  2. Track income and expenses at the national, regional and local levels. Track all receipts and disbursements by individual projects and accounts.
  3. Make standard and customizable report formats available in PDF, HTML and CSV (comma delimited files).
  4. Use specified payment channels to track cash flow.
  5. Track users of member services at the national, regional, and local levels.
  6. Provide a confidential election framework for internet balloting for national, regional, and local elections.
  7. Provide renewal and enrollment on-line for all membership categories.
  8. Catalog minutes of national, regional and local meetings.

What Do You Want for Version 2.0?

We seek your input for version 2.0. Users can send suggestions and track the progress. We are using the Google's bug tracking system to systematically track system features and bugs. Wiki pages will be added on Google's servers to track progress and facilitate discussion of features of the upcoming system. We will add survey polls to this website so users may vote on conflicting issues arise sometime around October of this year.

Sandbox is available for exploration.

Database is populated with approximately 35,000 fictiational names and addresses.

Management user can access the sandbox at 3 levels:

  • National Administrator--Username: "admin1" Password: "password" (no quotes)
  • Coordinator--Username: "coord1" Password: "password" (no quotes)
  • Chapter Official--Username: "official1" Password: "password" (no quotes)
